Savage Motorcycles Perth

Well after 9 months of watching our little boy learn to ride his PW50 and having outgrow it, it was time to start looking around for his next progression. It didn’t take long for us take a trip to Savage Motorcycle. We first went in to just to have a look round, as they sell multiple brands, we wanted to see what our son picked next. We weren’t in there long before we were asked if there was anything they could help us with, at the time we was just looking so I “ said it’s ok “. The staff here weren’t pushy or putting pressure us to buy. After about 15 minutes or so, we approached a staff member to ask some questions, Jared was only too happy to spend as much time with us and help narrow down the next bike. He let our son sit on them, he helped us find then next progression. Jared talk us through Suzuki JR80 ownership. We decided to buy one. Jared took us through the paper work, and we arrange to collect another day. Great customer service from Jared and the rest of the team. We returned a week or so after spotting they were having a Street party event, again myself and family turned up, to a busy event with free food and entertainment on, the store was busy busy but that didn’t stop the staff there being polite and having time to talk to you. We visited upstairs where we met Iain, he helped us navigate the world of Motocross boots, and found us the perfect Alpinestars boots for our little boy, and when I went to pay, there was a nice surprise waiting, we got a discount because they had a one day sale on and then an extra discount because we had already bought a bike from them. Once again the staff were incredible and they put on an amazing event where everyone there was made to feel welcome. I returned today to collect the bike, and once again the staff were amazing, helpful, and the handover was seamless. Thank you to all the staff there, including Jared and Iain for their amazing customer service. I could honestly and highly recommend The Guys and Girls at Savage Motorcycle for any of your motorcycle needs

Had my GSX-S 1000 in for its 24,000km major service. The guys did a fantastic job. Service manager Wayne communicates very well with the customer, keeping them in the loop and alerting them to any addition work that's need doing. The mechanic made my bike ride like new again with some extra grunt. Great service from an excellent team who work well together to give us bike owners that satisfaction of reliability and safety that we all need. Top job from Savage Suzuki. This is why they have serviced my Suzuki's for many years.

Just purchased a KTM 300 EXC. Mason went out of his way to make sure delivery was smooth. He overcame a couple of hurdles with innovative solutions that were very customer focussed. His focus was on us as customers the whole time. He kept us updated every step of the way. He made buying the bike easy and a joy. Thank you ☺️
